Co-Founder and CEO, Jason has called Philadelphia home for nearly a decade. He’s involved with local non-profits and community advocacy groups, as well as business development groups such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Independence Business Alliance, and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. He was been named a Top Agent in the Philadelphia area, is a two-time Cultural Icon Award recipient, and has received hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied clients.
An Air Force veteran and former police officer – as well as Surgical Technologist, English teacher, geologist and now start-up co-founder – Jason is driven to give back to the country, the community, and his clients. Starting his Real Estate career in 2014, he was quickly drawn to the processes, systems, and administrative aspects of the industry, eventually becoming the Director of Operations for a Top Producing Real Estate team, where his talent for coaching and training was put to good use.
After finishing his Engineering degree at the University of Florida, Nasim’s career began in Operations Management for manufacturing enterprises before becoming an executive within the Perry Ellis company where he managed logistics and operations for the multi-national fashion empire, then later became the Director of Operations for multiple medical device ventures. Tapped for his vast experience in process development and execution, he joined the founding team of CPros in 2019.
Melanie has been in Marketing and Advertising for over 10 years, with a focus on Real Estate and Real Estate Services since 2018. Her passion for branding and design means she enjoys getting her hands on all aspects of the brand environment, from graphic design to event marketing.
Over the past decade, Kat earned her way to being the #1 EXP Realty Agent in Delaware, In 2017, she opened the 1st EXP Realty Branch office in Wilmington, DE and has also been chosen as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents by Real Trends. Kat is Nationally ranked in the top .5%, and is recognized as a TOP influencer in the Real Estate industry. She was also featured in Delaware Today magazine 5 years in a row. Kat and her 4X MEGA ICON TEAM have sold more than 1,500 homes with a total annual sales volume in excess of $70 Million. Kat always delivers at the highest level of proficiency by working together to exceed client’s expectations and has been awarded the Five Star Realtor award for customer service year after year. We are proud to announce that Kat has joined the CPros Executive team to bring her expertise and experience to further our growth in partnering with Brokerages across the country to integrate CPros in-house as part of their Agent services division that has sold more than 700 homes and her average sales volume per year exceeds $60 million.
An educator across the board, Janet thrives on helping others in her community. This led to her leaving 12 years of Sales & Telecommunications behind to dedicate herself to her passion–teaching, doing volunteer work, and helping others reach their potential. Most recently, Janet began leading E.D.I (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) discussions to assist with the progression of humanity and new generations, a passion that serves her well in Human Resources.. She’s passionate about holistic living and self improvement through art and expression–you’ll see that she is the heart of the bunch and her passions reflect greatly in her work here at CPros.
Experienced in Real Estate for nearly 26 years, Bob has dedicated himself to his passion through volunteer work at the YMCA and organizing community events. As a Team Leader and Partner he has launched several franchises in Pittsburgh for Keller Williams Realty. Aside from franchise building, he has in depth experience with launching ancillary services in profitable joint ventures, so he is the one to trust when you’re looking to bridge the gap. Bob is not only a leader but he is a self starter that gets the job done here at CPros.
Starting off as an English major and landing in Computer Science, Samirah found their true calling as an experience creator. Samirah’s talent lies in using creative direction and UI design to build their community by making education more accessible for those around them via social media. As a mental health and LGBT+ advocate, you’ll find that Samirah is passionate about lending a helping hand and amplifying voices of those who require extra support and care, especially here at CPros.
Jason, or JT, started out in another important aspect of the real estate process – hanging signs and lockboxes! He quickly advanced and became the primary Transaction Manager for a suburban Philadelphia real estate team before striking out on his own as a CPros Owner/Operator. Downtime will find him exploring the great outdoors in his Jeep, fishing, or volunteering.
Jason Kelly received his real estate license in 2019. Prior to that he spent 18 years at M&T Bank in their Mortgage Service Department as a Business and Planning Analyst, Supervisor, and AVP Operational Manager. You can expect 100% transparency and no unexpected surprises when working with James here at CPros. He is an avid retro gammer and comic book collector who enjoys nature walks with his Shih Tzu. Aside from hobbies, James is volunteers at the Buffalo City Mission and is immensely passionate about ending homelessness.
William Rosado Berrios
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, moved to Philadelphia in 2017. William grew to love the different cultures that each neighborhood brings to create one unique city. He graduated from Rutgers University with dual B.A.’s in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Prior to beginning his real estate journey, he worked as an administrative assistant where he learned to create a less stressful situation for multiple people at once. Outside of real estate, he enjoys watching mixed martial arts, reading, and learning about different technologies. He currently resides in Lansdowne with his fiancé and two feline roommates.
William is also available to assist the Spanish speaking community.
As a former news reporter, Candice chased down stories for local news affiliates in Sacramento, and now she is thrilled to go to bat for agents, sellers and homebuyers. Candice chose to become a licensed realtor because it combines her love of advocating for people and families with the exciting world of real estate. As a best practice, she always put her client’s needs and desires above all else – making it my personal goal to ensure each person finds the best property the market has to offer and gets the best price for the sale of their home!
Brandon, an Air Force Veteran, honed his skills in healthcare sales before becoming a Realtor specializing in residential home sales in 2017. He enjoys spending time with family, which is a bonus since his brother Jason is our CIO. On beautiful days he can be found playing golf, on not so pretty ones, he’s a movie buff. But wherever you find him, he’ll be cracking jokes and giving it his all.
Lane got his Pennsylvania real estate licence in 2015 and has been on the front lines working with clients ever since. His outgoing personality made him a natural fit as an agent, and his attention to detail make him a great Transaction Manager. Like many of our TM’s Lane is on the path to becoming an Owner/Operator one day, and we’re sure he’ll excell there too. In addition to his professional skills, Lane is also a breakdancer, Audio Engineer, and a master at Astrology.
An Ruth has been a virtual assistant in the real estate space since 2015, specializing in data management and administration. She enjoys the enviroment at CPros, that allows her to grow and try new things in a safe environment. A music nut, she can also be found mountain climbing in her native Phillipines in her down time.
