What is Transaction Coaching?

Perfect for a new agent who is looking to retain their commissions by going solo, but still would like the support of a licensed professional as they work with their first few clients.


When your offer is ready, a licensed, seasoned CPros Coach will guide you through the offer process, help you draft contracts, script solutions with your client and the co-op agents, and guide you through the inspection negotiation period.

How Does it Work?

Step 1: Get Onboarded as a CPros client so that when your deal is complete, the backend support you need will be ready to go.

 

Step 2: Build your business! We’ll give you free access to training, templates, and other resources.

 

Step 3: When an offer is ready to go under agreement, just let us know by calling or texting the CPros Hotline. Your CPros Coach will be in touch with you in under 2 hours. 

 

Step 4: Once you’re under contract its time to relax…the Pros have got it from here! Your CPros Coach will stay involved as needed, but with CPros on your side, 95% of your time on task file work is already covered.

For new CPros clients who enroll in the Transaction Coaching program will be Onboarded at no cost to you – a savings of up to $299!

Enrollment in the program comes with a commitment to use your CPros Coach for your first 3 deals – ensuring you get the training you need and your clients are even better protected.

Coaching through each transaction is $500 and is collected at settlement.

Business Blueprint is a 24 week course designed to cover all you need to know to grow your business. From business fundamentals, to lead generation, to branding and marketing, by the end of 6 months, you’ll have the tools to grow your business beyond what you thought possible.

Each week you’ll meet with your Pod for 1 hour. Your Pod is made up of other real estate agents, across multiple brokerages, who share your same struggles. You’ll spend half your Pod time learning new skills and tools, and half on keeping each other accountable to your goals.

The first step is a brand interview with our CPros Marketing Crew, which will give us the insight we need to start designing. 

You’ll receive three initial logo designs, and three rounds of edits. Once your final logo is approved, you’ll receive the logo in both vertical and horizontal layouts, files in three formats – JPG, PNG, and vector files – with instructions on how to use them, along with three color options – your brand colors, black, and white.

You’ll have access to at least 12 beautifully designed social media posts perfect for Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter per month, along with suggested post text, and a downloadable Social Media Calendar you can use to plan out your complete strategy.
