We're looking for a driven Transaction Manager/Owner Operator to have ownership and be the point person for a given territory, South Orange Maplewood (SOMA), and develop that territory through direct sales and referrals. As the Owner Operator, you will be responsible to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure sales agreements are compliant and set for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, sales-driven with a desire to own and grow a robust business, and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of a geographic territory through direct sales and referrals
- Oversee all administrative duties for the home buyer and seller transactions from the initial contract to settlement
- Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
- Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements
- Prepare documents for listing and sales agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documentation
- Input all listing information into MLS and update as needed
- Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
- Input all necessary information into the transaction management system
- Aid real estate agents, clientele with paperwork and ensure the completion of all transaction documents
- Review each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
- Schedule settlement to include coordinating with other purchases or sales
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
- Be available to work some nights and weekends as needed for your business
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Proven sales record with experience
- Real Estate License (preferred)
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, and mortgages
- A combination of relevant education & experience would be considered in lieu of direct transaction management experience
- Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Compensation
$75,000 + Bonuses

We are looking for a driven and experienced Conveyancer to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling transaction. The Conveyancer is responsible for confirming, preparing, ordering, receiving, reviewing, and processing the documents required for sellers to convey their property at settlement.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, send, receive, organize, and assess all incoming and outgoing conveyancing documents while ensuring accuracy and materiality
- Assist title agencies or attorneys clear judgements, mortgages, or other liens that appear on the title report
- Coordinate with and provide payment to municipalities for utility certifications and payoffs
- Communicate proactively with agents, sellers, and other transaction participants
- Daily interaction with real estate agents, sellers, lenders, municipalities, tax collectors, and other administrative personnel
- Assist real estate agents, clientele with paperwork and ensure the completion of all conveyancing-related documents
- Respond daily to incoming calls from transaction participants while maintaining effective working relationships with all parties.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of real estate conveyancing experience (required).
- Pennsylvania Conveyancing experience is a plus
- Minimum one year of supervisory/leadership experience (required)
- Demonstrated proficiency in G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets)
- Active Real Estate License or able to obtain
- Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, accountable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service, lead others, and grow a larger division within the company
Compensation
$45,000 Full-time + bonuses up to $60K & benefits packages. Including advancement opportunities!
